Shacht's privatized empire was replaced by state-corporate partnerships, state industries, and central planning. It was all about re-arming. Nazi economics is get big army as fast as possible and steal shit from other countries.

Same with Franco and Pinochet. They initially had autarkic regimes that valued central planning. Pinochet pretty much immediately purged his Falangists in favor of a group of Austrian-School loving Chileans who trained in Chicago. It took Franco a decade and his Spanish Miracle made the country a developed one. Latin/Italian-Fascism is just about rejecting leftism and much of that is just cultural. The economy is a secondary matter.
